- 8+ years of teaching and tutoring, including 3 years as a full-time high school English teacher (grades 9-12 and AP English Language & Composition)
- Guided my AP English Language students in improving exam pass rates from 28% to 88% over two years (2020-2022)
- Selected as CU Boulder's 2025-2026 Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) Literature Lead Fellow, supporting graduate student teachers by leading pedagogy workshops and conducting classroom observations
- Experience as a teaching assistant for AP English Literature & Composition, AP Seminar, and a college Science Fiction literature course
- Nominated by my mentee for supporting her during her first year of teaching; earned CU Boulder's 2025-2026 Graduate Peer Mentoring Impact Recognition Award
- Will graduate from CU Boulder in December 2026 with my MA in Literature and the CTL's Certificate in College Teaching
